Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Barber/Shop Manager in our Doha, Qatar location. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for performing barber and styling services, managing daily shop operations, and leading a team to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism. Additional responsibilities include managing client appointments, maintaining inventory, supervising staff, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barbering and Hair Cutting techniques, with attention to detail and exceptional results.
- Strong skills in Hair Styling and Hair Care, with the ability to customize services based on individual client needs.
- Understanding of Cosmetology, including current trends and techniques in grooming and styling.
- Effective leadership and communication skills to manage staff and maintain high team morale.
- Experience managing a salon or barbershop, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and creating a welcoming environment for clients.
