Upgrade Barbershop JVC is looking for a skilled and professional Barber with a passion for grooming and customer service. The ideal candidate must have experience in the UAE market and be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trimming, and grooming services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstation
- Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and styles
- Recommend grooming products to clients
- Ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of barbering experience in the UAE
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Strong skills in modern and classic haircuts, fades, and beard styling
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
