Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our dynamic team at Brushed.ae in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for men’s grooming and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims, while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a clean and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Haircuts: Provide a variety of haircut styles tailored to client preferences.
Shaving Services: Perform traditional and modern shaving techniques, including hot towel shaves.
Beard and Mustache Grooming: Offer beard trims and shaping services.
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide expert advice on styles and products.
Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Product Sales: Recommend and sell grooming products to clients.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional barbering experience.
Skills: Proficient in various barbering techniques, including scissor cuts, clipper cuts, fades, and shaves.
License: Valid barbering license or certification from a recognized institution.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Appearance: Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
