We are seeking a dedicated HSE and ISO Officer to ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations for our landscape projects. The role involves conducting risk assessments, implementing safety procedures and promoting a strong safety culture among employees and subcontractors. The incumbent will also be responsible for helping us implement and robust ISO process to ensure we meet and surpass ISO audit requirements across the company
Key responsibilities
Develop and enforce HSE policies ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Conduct site inspections, hazard analyses and accident investigations.
Provide safety training and awareness programs for workers
Ensure the proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental guidelines.
Collaborate with project managers to mitigate risks and improve site safety.
Maintain HSE documentation and report incidents.
Liaise with authorities on HSE related matters.
Implement, guide and manage ISO documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety or related field.
Minimum 3 years of UAE Experience
Relevant HSE and ISO certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA and ISO Auditor etc)
Experience in the landscape, interior fit out or construction industry preferred
