- Ensuring that the bar area is kept clean at all times.
- Washing and cleaning glasses and bar equipment.
- Assisting in mixing and serving an extensive range of beverages that fit the guests’ taste preferences.
- Responding to the concerns of the guests in a professional manner.
- Informing the Bar Supervisor of any special requests or concerns of the guests.
- Assisting in maintaining the bar well-stocked with ingredients and making sure that all the equipment are functional.
- Monitoring the expiry dates of bar items and reporting to the Bar Supervisor whenever an item is about to expire.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all floats by checking them and reporting irregularities.
- Communicating our services and facilities to our guests as required.
- Ensuring that the guests’ needs and requirements are met.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Observing all safety procedures and rules.
- Reporting incidents or damages in the bar area to the Bar Supervisor.
- Attending all training courses as notified by the management.
