A Bar Manager for The Highmore will oversee and direct the seamless operation of the restaurant. The Highmore, inspired by London’s original members’ clubs, offers a luxurious atmosphere with features like a rooftop terrace, a games room, private dining, and live music. It caters to music lovers, cigar aficionados, and connoisseurs, emphasizing exclusivity and inclusivity.
Objectives & Goals
Oversee restaurant operations and manage staff to maintain service standards.
Lead by example, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Meet financial targets and uphold brand standards.
Maintain high grooming and professionalism standards.
Customer Service
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Address customer inquiries and feedback effectively.
People Management
Build and maintain an efficient team.
Recruit, onboard, and develop employees.
Manage disciplinary procedures and monitor staff grooming.
Department Responsibilities
Maintain operational performance and delegate tasks.
Oversee setup, budgets, and supplier relations.
Ensure compliance and maintain equipment.

Qualifications & Skills
To succeed, you should have:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, procurement, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
