As a Bar Manager for a Sports Bar in one of the Leading Hotel Chains in Dubai, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, seamless service, and profitability.
You will lead a dynamic team, manage inventory, drive menu innovation, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards. Your role is pivotal in creating a vibrant atmosphere, implementing strategic promotions, and optimizing overall bar performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily bar operations, upholding service excellence and maintaining high standards.
Train, mentor, and develop the bar team, fostering professionalism and growth.
Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage based on business needs.
Oversee bar cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Plan and execute promotions, manage beverage procurement, and set pricing aligned with the bar concept.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel sanitation standards.
Implement best practices for equipment handling to minimize breakages and losses.
Approve and manage inventory requisitions, maintaining optimal stock levels.
Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
