Job Description
How does your working day look like …
Be in charge of the restaurant reservations, managing the booking system efficiently
Always keep your cool – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time
Offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
You’ll heed any remarks made by guests and ensure follow-up, addressing concerns promptly
Promote the F&B offer,upsellingwhen appropriate
Prepare the bookings and special needs as required, ensuring all guest preferences are noted
Clean and tidy the outlet and preparation areas after closing
Organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
Greet and seat guests, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage options
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper accounting procedures
Assist in training new team members on hospitality standards and procedures
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and upcoming events
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel business.
You have experience in working a nightlife venue
You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
