A leading Bank company is actively recruiting a Transaction Banking Specialist – UAE National for their Umm Al Quwain office.
To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire a UAE National for this position.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Lead and support initiatives to digitize and automate transaction banking processes.
Analyse existing transaction banking workflows to identify issues and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Liaise with technology teams to implement digital solutions that enhance transaction banking services.
Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in all digital transformation initiatives.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within the banking industry. Escrow accounts management experience is a plus.
Experience with Transaction banking or process improvement within the banking industry.
Thorough understanding of wholesale/Corporate banking segment.
Knowledge of the CBUAE rules & compliance.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
