Company Overview
We are a leading financial services provider partnering with three major UAE banks CBD Bank, Mashreq Bank, and RAK Bank to offer a wide range of banking products including Loans, Credit Cards, and Fixed Deposits (FDs). Were expanding our dynamic sales team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Source customers for credit cards, personal loans, and fixed deposits (FDs) of our partner banks.
- Meet daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines.
Compensation Incentives
- Basic Salary: AED 3,000/month.
- Target: Minimum of 6 credit cards/month.
- Incentives: * Starts from AED 500/card after the 6th card.
- Can go up to AED 1,500/card based on slab.
- No cap on incentives.
- Salary Date: 10th of every month.
- Incentives Payout: Paid with salary after 30 days from month-end.
Performance Growth
Achieve 120% of target for 5 consecutive months $ ightarrow$ receive 20% salary hike from the 6th month onwards.

Ideal Candidate
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in banking/financial products is a plus but not mandatory.
