Well knowledge about opening a bank account and to effectively approach different bank representatives for client account openings.
Provide specialized knowledge on banking operations, account opening procedures.
Ensure smooth onboarding and account setup processes for both individual and corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve banking procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, banking regulations, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly with account opening and related processes.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, KYC, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
