Job Summary
This is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to handle the execution of day-to-day banking transactions, ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and provide operational support. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and efficient banking operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational & Professional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in banking operations, financial transactions, or compliance.
Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and banking compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in banking software, financial systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to analyze financial transactions and detect discrepancies.
Experience with banking platforms and digital payment systems is an advantage.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Ethical, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
Office-based role with occasional interaction with banks and financial institutions.
May require extended hours during peak financial periods or audits.
