Overview
We are seekingthree experienced Software Testing Engineersto ensure thequality, performance, and securityof applications and data platforms built onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), Liferay DXP, and APIs. The role involvesfunctional, automation, API, ETL, and performance testingacrossdata pipelines, web applications, and integration points.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test strategies forGCP-based data platforms, Liferay DXP, and APIs.
Performfunctional, automation, API, ETL, and performance testing.
Ensure seamlessdata integration and validationacross cloud storage, data processing, and analytics platforms.
Develop and executetest scripts and automation frameworksfor CI/CD pipelines.
Work closely with developers, architects, and Dev Ops teams to enhance testing coverage.
Monitor system performance, security compliance, and data integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ yearsof experience in software testing, with expertise in:
Cloud Testing (GCP)– Big Query, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, API Gateway (APIGEE).
ETL Testing– Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer), Data Stage, Big Query.
API Testing– RESTful APIs, OAuth, SSO, LDAP.
Liferay DXP Testing– Java, Tomcat, Postgre
SQL, UI Customization.
Performance Testing– Load testing of data pipelines and integrations.
CI/CD & Automation– Terraform, Cloud Build, Git Hub CI/CD.
Strong understanding ofIAM policies, data encryption, and security best practices.
Hands-on experiencewithmonitoring & logging tools (Cloud Logging, Looker Dashboards, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience withKubernetes (GKE), Terraform, and Cloud Functions.
Exposure todata governance and compliance testingin cloud environments.
Certification inGoogle Cloud, ISTQB, or Liferay DXPis a plus.
