Accounts Payable Clerk Southern Sun seeks a skilled professional to manage accounts payable responsibilities and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Inspect invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Resolve queries in a timely manner.
Implement effective debt collection strategies.
Process borrower payments and reconcile borrower accounts.
Reconcile credit card payments.
Analyze accounts payable invoices and prepare creditor reconciliations.
Prioritize bank payments efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Oversee mail receipt and dispatch via various channels.
Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by the department head.
Requirements:
Familiarity with financial principles, debt policies, and procedures is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and OPERA is preferred. A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role is required.
