Bakery Helpers/Assistants Jobs in Dubai at Bakemart FZ LLC
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of HR experience in Dubai, preferably in a contracting or construction company, with a strong background in recruiting blue-collar workers.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and hire blue-collar workers (laborers, technicians, drivers, etc.).
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and visa documents.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Handle work permits, visa renewals, and other PRO-related tasks.
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in working hours, overtime, and deductions.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and absence records.
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Organize welfare activities and ensure a safe working environment for laborers.
Requirements:
Immediate Joining
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in Dubai (contracting/construction industry preferred).
Strong experience in hiring and managing blue-collar workers.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
