Bakery Chef Jobs in Doha at LA TABLE

We are looking for a talented and experienced Bakery Chef to join our growing bakery team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of artisan and specialty breads.
  • Produce high-quality croissants and laminated pastries using traditional techniques.
  • Bake English cakes, loaf cakes, and tea cakes with consistent quality.
  • Prepare sweet bakery products such as banana bread, carrot cake, pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, and other flavored quick breads.
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal bakery items.
  • Ensure excellent product consistency, presentation, and taste.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Manage dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, baking, and storage processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Bakery Chef.
  • Strong expertise in bread making, croissants, and laminated dough.
  • Experience with English cakes and sweet bakery products.
  • Good knowledge of bakery ingredients, fermentation, and baking techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for quality, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a commercial bakery

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
