Requirements
- Proven experience in baking and high-quality bakery production
- Good knowledge of dessert preparation and variety
- Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures accurately
- Good understanding of food safety practices; HACCP certification or knowledge is preferred
- High standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the GCC is preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce bakery items and desserts according to set standards
- Ensure consistency and quality of all products
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Lead and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supervise workflow, delegate tasks, and maintain team performance
- Contribute to product development and continuous improvement
