What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes/cupcakes/Cheesecake & other bakery products as per recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all baked items
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bakery section and equipment
- Follow production schedules and support daily bakery operations to meet demand
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Baker in a hotel, bakery, or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
