Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods according to standard recipes
– Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products
– Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and report shortages
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area
– Ensure the overall cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store at all times
– Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
– Assist with general store duties as required
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a baker is preferred
– Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
– Reliable, punctual, and responsible
– Ability to work flexible shifts
Salary:
– AED 2,500 per month
