Job Title: B2B Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage business-to-business sales opportunities. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business clients (B2B leads)
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and networking
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery)
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • 1–3+ years experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus in GCC markets)

  • Experience in corporate or enterprise sales

  • Networking ability in business environments

  • Monthly sales revenue target

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
