Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive based in Pakistan to identify, approach, and secure partnerships with travel-related businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, negotiating partnership agreements, and growing ZiyaraSIM’s presence across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients across Pakistan.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Target travel agencies, Umrah and Hajj operators, tour operators, airlines, travel management companies, educational travel providers, and corporate travel businesses.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive long-term revenue growth.

Client Meetings & Relationship Management

  • Schedule and attend in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
  • Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable partnership solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and key decision-makers.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Generate new partnership agreements and reseller opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
  • Meet monthly sales and partnership acquisition targets.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights to management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Track performance against KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or partnership experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct face-to-face meetings across major cities in Pakistan.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.

  • Number of qualified B2B leads generated.
  • Number of client meetings conducted.
  • Number of partnership agreements signed.
  • Monthly revenue generated from acquired partners.
  • Partner retention and growth rates.
