Job Summary
We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven B2B Sales Representative/ Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for approaching B2B suppliers and corporate companies to generate new business leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and Approach New Business Leads: Research and identify potential B2B suppliers and corporate companies to approach for new business opportunities.
2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
3. Conduct Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs, pain points, and goals to develop tailored solutions.
4. Develop and Present Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to showcase our products/services.
5. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
6. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
1. 2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
4. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop creative solutions.
5. Results-Driven and Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet/exceed sales targets.
Nice to Have
1. MBA or Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Sales Certifications if any
