Job Description:
We are a fine-dining restaurant located on Abu Dhabi Corniche, seeking a proactive and dynamic B2B External Sales Representative to expand our client base. The primary role is to visit tourism agencies, medical companies, and corporate PR departments, engaging directly with decision-makers to secure partnerships and increase customer traffic to the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to potential clients such as tourism agencies, medical companies, and corporate PR departments.
Present tailored offers and packages that highlight the restaurant’s premium services.
Negotiate and close deals directly with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
Continuously analyze the local market to identify new growth opportunities and expand the client network.
Represent the restaurant at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare regular reports outlining sales activities, client feedback, and performance results for management review.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in external sales or business development, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role with a results-driven mindset.
In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market with a strong professional network.
Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to achieving sales targets.
