Assistant Vice President, Recruitment at First Abu Dhabi Bank
Job Purpose:
The AVP of Data Privacy will oversee the bank’s data protection strategies, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international standards PDPL and NDMO. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of data privacy policies and procedures to safeguard customer information.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and enforce data privacy policies in accordance with Saudi regulations and best practices.
Conduct regular audits and assessments (DPIA, TIA) to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
Collaborate with IT and legal teams to address privacy concerns and implement data protection technologies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for data privacy-related inquiries and incidents.
Provide training and awareness programs on data privacy for employees.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in data privacy or compliance roles, preferably in the financial sector.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi data protection laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
