Job description
Job Summary:Join ourinnovativeteamas an Audio-Visual (AV) Technician specializing in integration. In this role, you will contribute to the seamless implementation of cutting-edge AV solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise,problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality integrated systems.
Responsibilities:
System Installation and Integration:Execute on-site installation of AV systems, including but not limited to displays, projectors, audio systems, video conferencing solutions, and control systems. Integrate and configure AV equipment to create cohesive, user-friendly systems.
Programming and Control:Basic understanding of programming/configuration and working principle control systems, audio DSP (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Biamp, BSS) will be an added advantage.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrated AV systems in a timely manner. Perform routine maintenance checks and implement preventive measures to ensure system reliability.
Client Training and Support:Providecomprehensive trainingto clients on the operation and maintenance of integrated AV systems. Offer ongoing technical support to address client inquiries and optimize system performance.
Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, wiring diagrams, and programming details. Ensure accurate records of equipment inventory, serial numbers, and service history.
Quality Control:Conduct rigorous testing andquality assurancechecks to guarantee the functionality and stability of integrated AV systems. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to meet evolving client needs.
Collaboration:Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide input on equipment selection and system design based on practical experience.
Professional Development:Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance technical skills and maintain certifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proven experience in the installation and integration of AV systems.
Strong understanding of audio-visual signal flow, codecs, and networking concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting skills andattention to detail.
Effective communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
