🔹 Role Summary
Seeking an experienced AV Support Engineer to manage, install, and troubleshoot enterprise AV systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and auditoriums. The role includes support for video conferencing, live events, and proactive AV maintenance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot audio (echo, no sound, distortion) and video issues (no display, flicker, resolution)
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), video conferencing & hybrid meetings
- Install and configure AV equipment (projectors, displays, cameras, codecs, controllers)
- Work with Crestron / Extron systems and AV signal flow
- Perform pre-checks, health checks, and preventive maintenance
- Provide walk-up support and handle live event AV operations
- Manage tickets, RCA, and escalation (ServiceNow or similar tools)
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs, manage assets, spares, and AMC
- Support network troubleshooting for AV systems
🔹 Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in AV systems & conferencing technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills (audio/video/hardware)
- Knowledge of MTR, Crestron/Extron, Logitech AV
- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
- Good communication and ability to work in onsite/24×7 environment
