The Project/Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing both ELV aand Fire and safety projects. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with various stakeholders and managing site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, internal and external
Develop project schedules, manage timelines, and ensure that all project milestones are achieved.
6. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
8. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in
Management, ELV or safety , or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project or Site Engineer
Skills:
Strong understanding of ELV and safety , including materials, techniques, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
