We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in local government processes and regulations related to corporate services
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in local government processes and regulations related to corporate services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between the company and government authorities, including local immigration and labor departments, economic development authorities, and other relevant government agencies.
Ensure compliance with all government regulations, including business licensing, visas, work permits, and residency permits.
Prepare and submit documentation required by local authorities for company registration, amendments, renewals, and other corporate formalities.
Manage and maintain accurate records of all company-related legal and regulatory filings.
Handle company communications with authorities, clients, and partners, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Keep updated on changes to local laws and regulations that may affect the company’s operations, advising management on compliance requirements.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
Solid knowledge of local regulations and processes related to business setup, government filings, licensing, visas, and labor laws.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, government officials, and the media.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Good typing speed.
Salary will not be a constraint for the candidates with good customer background.
