Automotive Photographer – Scrap Monitoring Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Al Waha For Cars
The Automotive Photographer – Scrap Monitoring is responsible for taking and maintaining accurate photographic records of damaged and replaced spare parts for insurance claims and monitoring scrap parts to ensure proper control, storage, and disposal in accordance with company and insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take clear photographs of damaged vehicles, replaced parts, and repaired vehicles for insurance documentation.
- Capture and maintain photographic evidence of all spare parts replaced under insurance claims.
- Upload and organize photographs in the company system and insurance portals.
- Label and document replaced and scrap parts accurately.
- Monitor and control scrap parts removed from vehicles during repairs.
- Ensure replaced parts are retained as per insurance company requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors, estimators, and workshop personnel during inspections.
- Maintain records of scrap inventory and disposal activities.
- Prepare reports related to scrap parts and insurance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, insurance requirements, and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the scrap storage area.
Requirements
- Diploma in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive body shop, insurance claims, or spare parts environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and insurance claim procedures.
- Experience in photography and documentation is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and photo management systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
