Head of Crypto OTC Desk
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our OTC Desk in the dynamic and rapidly growing cryptocurrency market. Your mission will be to establish the foundation of this business unit, build efficient processes, and forge strategic partnerships to ensure a consistent flow of deals while strengthening the company’s market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the OTC Desk from the ground up, including strategy development and operational processes.
Attract and cultivate partnerships with platforms, liquidity aggregators, and other key market players.
Oversee the flow of cryptocurrency exchange requests, ensuring high-quality trade execution.
Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with liquidity providers.
Build long-term relationships with clients and counterparties, focused on mutual benefit and collaboration.
Streamline and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in sales, customer relations, or business development, ideally in the cryptocurrency sector.
Deep understanding of OTC Desk operations, liquidity mechanisms, and key market dynamics.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build partnerships at a strategic level.
Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
Readiness to create and develop the direction, including forming a team and shaping its strategy.
