We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and clash-free models that support the design and construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems using software such as Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design inputs into the BIM model.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the model to ensure accuracy.
Generate construction drawings, schedules, and material quantities from the BIM model.
Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM protocols.
Assist in the coordination and delivery of BIM deliverables for construction projects.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or Tekla.
Strong understanding of construction and design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of clash detection and BIM coordination processes.
A degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with 4D/5D BIM (scheduling and cost estimation).
Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
