Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic and English.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest enhancements.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of cultural nuances to effectively engage with Arabic-speaking clients.
