About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Automation & Integration Engineer to lead process automation projects and enterprise application integration initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on, proven experience with leading RPA platforms, strong proficiency in Zoho, and preferably prior experience with Al-Mutakamil ERP.

Key Responsibilities
─────────────────────────────────
• Design and develop process automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere
• Build and manage enterprise system integrations via Zoho (Flow, Creator, CRM) and Al-Mutakamil ERP
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and present recommendations to management
• Maintain and monitor existing bots, track performance, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure on-time project delivery
• Document solutions and workflows following best practices
Required Certifications (Mandatory)

• UiPath Certified Professional — Developer Associate Level
• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer (PL-500)
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
