Position: Autoline Sr Specialist/ Consultant
Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of business applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Understand the company business roadmap and work with the operations to ensure that the application roadmap is aligned with business direction and requirements.
Ensure that the deployed releases and the resulting services meet management expectations and verify that IT operations can support the new service.
Be a point of escalation for the application support services and the operations alike.
Continuously look to improve organizational applications and services through process review.
Focus on continuous improvement by analyzing business systems to determine effectiveness. Identify inadequacies, inefficiencies, and problems, and recommend solutions.
Oversee the analysis of user needs and implement the applications that enhance the organization’s business processes, increase profits, and productivity.
Derive, activate, and complete Customer Journey for all brands using campaign manager’s HTML email and SMS activities.
Utilize HTML pages with email tracking systems for use in email campaigns and communicate the same using Campaign Manager.
Derive and develop a complete lead management process across all brands.
Train all Sales & Aftersales users on handling leads on Autoline Drive.
Create/Modify Media Integration Rules to gather leads from different social media.
Automate leads coming from social media to be redirected to Call Centre by creating auto call lists.
Develop complicated report logics using subqueries and  routines for all modules.
Create and maintain Vehicle Health Check and Service Online Upsell Records.
Train aftersales users on EVHC and Service.
Support users in automating the creation of part stock orders for non-price file franchises using the Global price file.
Support end users, check and resolve end-of-day issues, analyze and configure system parameters, and manage option priorities.
Research user requirements and develop process solutions and workarounds.
Conduct period-end closings including AR, AP, GL, VM, VAT, and resolve issues encountered during closing.
Skills
Create financial reports using Financial Formats, identify and develop financial trends.
Activate VAT setup on Autoline Drive across all modules.
Configure triggering online surveys through email and also through Call Center call scripts.
Configure Parts Consignment Business through Impress Stock process.
