AutoCAD Estimator Jobs in Dubai at The Floorist
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Estimator with 3–4 years of experience in estimation and quantity take-off. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, material calculations, BOQ preparation, and accurate quantity measurements from technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural, technical, and shop drawings.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings and project documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify material quantities.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and estimation reports.
- Calculate material requirements, wastage, and project quantities accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and project teams for estimation requirements.
- Analyze project drawings and provide technical clarification when required.
- Maintain estimation records and update pricing information.
- Support tender submissions by preparing accurate and competitive quotations.
- Ensure all estimates are completed within the required timeline.
Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience as an AutoCAD Estimator / Quantity Take-Off Engineer.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and interpretation of architectural, technical, and shop drawings.
- Strong experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
- Ability to calculate material quantities accurately and prepare estimation reports.
- Experience in flooring/interior fit-out/building materials industry will be an advantage.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
