We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local business landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals. UAE experience is must.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of company setup, payroll, and business consultancy services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client needs to refine service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s services.
Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of company setup procedures and business regulations in Dubai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Candidates with UAE Driving License is preferred.
