Enchanted Homes is seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents (both male and female) to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships within the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai
Provide expert advice and guidance on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements
Build and maintain a strong network of clients, property owners, and developers
Conduct property viewings and negotiations
Stay updated with current market trends and property listings
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or property management (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and network effectively
Self-motivated with a passion for real estate
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (an advantage)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
UAE driving license and own car preferred
