We are seeking a AutoCAD Draftsman who will prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts based on engineering designs, project requirements, sitemeasurements, and approved specifications. The role requires close coordination with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawings are complete,updated, and suitable for construction and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Developshop drawings, layout drawings, sections, elevations, and constructiondetails.
- Convertengineering sketches, concepts, and site measurements into accuratetechnical drawings.
- Revisedrawings based on consultant, client, or engineer comments.
- Prepareas-built drawings reflecting completed site conditions.
- Maintain proper drawing numbers, revision history, and document records.
- Coordinatedrawings with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civildisciplines.
- Identifydrawing conflicts and report discrepancies to the concerned engineer.
- Ensuredrawings comply with project specifications, approved standards, andclient requirements.
- Supportquantity take-offs and material calculations when required.
- Attendsite visits to verify dimensions and actual work conditions.
- Preparedrawing submissions and maintain updated drawing registers.
- Assist engineers and project teams with technical documentation anddrawing-related requirements.

- Diplomaor technical qualification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an AutoCAD Draftsman.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Abilityto read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical detailing.
- Good understanding of drawing scales, dimensions, symbols, and specifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Revitor other drafting software experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Abilityto work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
