We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Loan Relationship Officer to join our team at EARLY APPROVE COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE LLC, one of the top leading banks in the UAE. As a Personal Loan Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and managing relationships with individual customers, promoting and selling our wide range of personal loan products. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with individual customers to promote and sell personal loan products.
Assess customers’ financial needs and provide personalized loan solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan application and approval process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest personal loan products, financial regulations, and credit assessment processes.
Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to persuade and influence customers.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Apply sound analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customers’ financial situations and propose suitable loan solutions.
Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets within given deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail banking, loan sales, or a customer-oriented role in the UAE is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of personal loan products, financial regulations, and credit assessment processes.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets within given deadlines.
Experience in banking is required.
