Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source, screen, and interview candidates for real estate and forex trading roles
✅ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top industry talent
✅ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process
✅ Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
✅ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks
✅ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or HR Professional in real estate and/or forex trading industries
– Strong knowledge of industry-specific roles, qualifications, and recruitment challenges
– Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms
– Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
