We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Assistant to help us establish a welcoming, pet-friendly environment for our customers. Job Overview: As the Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in handling the daily operations of our store. This includes managing stock and assisting customers, ensuring store presentation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and contribute to the growth of Luka Paws by creating a unique shopping experience for pet owners in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, helping customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering pet care advice.
Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of popular items.
Sales & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including in-store events and product launches.
Financial Oversight: Handle cash management, sales reporting, and assist with budgeting to meet financial targets.
Store Presentation: Ensure displays are appealing and products are showcased effectively to attract customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management within the pet industry.
Passion for animals and familiarity with pet products and services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of store financials and inventory management systems is a plus.
Advanced English
