Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Electrician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical wiring and electronic components in vehicles. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics and modern vehicle technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose electrical issues in cars, trucks, and other vehicles using diagnostic tools.
- Install and repair wiring, lighting systems, alarms, GPS systems, radios, and other electronic devices.
- Repair or replace faulty alternators, starters, and battery systems.
- Calibrate sensors and electronic control units (ECUs).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicle electronics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an auto electrician or similar role.
- Vocational training or certification in automotive electrical systems (e.g., Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology).
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electronics and diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience with Diesel and electric vehicles.
- Familiarity with vehicle CAN bus systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
