Job Summary:
We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure the company adheres to relevant laws and regulations governing business setup, licensing, and corporate advisory services.
Keep up to date with changes in regulatory requirements and advise management on necessary actions.
Develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
2. Business Licensing & Registration Compliance
Verify and review business applications, licensing documents, and registrations for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist clients in fulfilling compliance obligations related to corporate structuring, Legal entity formation, and legal documentation.
Ensure proper due diligence is conducted for company incorporations, nominee directorships, UBO’s and shareholder structures.
2. Risk Management & Due Diligence
Oversee client onboarding and ensure AML/CTF compliance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and regulatory risks.
Implement risk management frameworks in line with best practices.
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
3. Training & Awareness
Educate employees on compliance policies, regulatory changes, and ethical business practices.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops on AML, data privacy, and risk management.
4. Policy Development & Implementation
Draft and implement internal compliance manuals, code of conduct, and whistleblowing policies.
Ensure that company policies align with regulatory requirements.
5. Handling Investigations & Reporting
Investigate and report any compliance breaches or suspicious activities.
File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) if required.
Recommend corrective actions to management for identified compliance gaps.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
