We’re looking for a meticulous and analytical 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 to oversee financial and operational audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing complex data, identifying risks, and collaborating across teams to drive organizational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Audit Engagements: Plan and execute audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliance practices to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis & Risk Assessment: Examine complex financial and operational information to detect discrepancies, inefficiencies, and potential risks.
- Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare clear, actionable audit reports, highlighting findings and advising management on corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and department heads to ensure audit outcomes are addressed and compliance standards met.
- Team Guidance & Mentorship: Support junior staff through coaching, knowledge sharing, and oversight of audit procedures.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining audit processes, policies, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or a related function.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
