Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our Doha team. This role is ideal for an audit professional who is confident in leading engagements, reviewing financial processes, and delivering high-quality audit reports that add real value to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and lead audit assignments from planning to completion
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation
- Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk and improvement
- Prepare clear and well-structured audit working papers and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and regulations
- Support and supervise junior audit staff during fieldwork
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and management
- Assist in resolving audit issues and ensuring timely completion of engagements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of external or internal audit experience
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and IFRS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit documentation tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
