Audit Partner / Audit Practice Leader
We are looking for an experienced Audit Partner / Audit Practice Leader to join our firm and lead the growth of our audit practice in the UAE.
This role offers a fixed salary plus a performance-based percentage from the net profit generated by the audit practice, with a clear opportunity to grow into a formal partnership role based on performance, business development, leadership, and long-term contribution to the firm.
Requirements:
- Qualified auditor holding a recognized professional qualification or fellowship, such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in audit and assurance.
- Strong audit experience within the UAE market.
- Existing client relationships and proven ability to develop new business.
- Ability to build, lead, and manage an audit team.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, compliance, and quality control.
- Leadership mindset, professional integrity, and commitment to growing the audit practice.
