Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at labelle chocolate located in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. The Recruiter will also develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, manage the entire recruitment process, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires.
Job Requirements
Experience in end-to-end recruitment
Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
Experience in negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the food and beverages industry is a plus
Fluency in Urdu and English is preferred
