BizEdge is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our growing audit team. The ideal candidate will support audit engagements, ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, and contribute to delivering high-quality assurance services to our clients across various industries in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
- Perform audit fieldwork including testing, documentation, and financial analysis.
- Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper audit documentation.
- Review financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Communicate findings and observations to senior auditors and management.
- Support preparation of audit reports and client deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required financial information and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of audit or accounting experience within the UAE (required).
- Knowledge of IFRS and auditing principles.
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Progress toward professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
