AV Designer / AV Solution Developer
We are looking for an experienced AV Designer / AV Solution Developer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AV shop drawing preparation and submissions.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and RFQs.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Develop detailed AV system schematics and technical designs.
- Provide technical support and coordination with project teams.
- Prepare design progress reports and drawing logs.
- Review technical proposals and delegated design reviews.
- Mentor design engineers and draughtsmen.
- Deliver technical training to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- 5–7+ years of AV system design experience with a system integrator or AV consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of professional AV systems, signal flow, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, and design documentation.
- Experience with DSP and control systems such as Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Extron, or AMX.
- AVIXA CTS-D certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
