Audi Sport & Exclusive Manager | Audi | Dubai, UAE Jobs in Doha, Qatar at VOLKSWAGEN Group
We are hiring for an Audi Sport & Exclusive Manager to be based within the Sales department in our Dubai office for the Audi brand. In this role, you will be responsible for the exploitation of each market potential in the Middle East Region for highly individualized vehicles as well as high performance vehicles. You will be the main contact for high profile, VIPs (Royals, Dignitaries etc.)
and Dealer partners for the specification, production, positioning & sales methods of Exclusive & Audi Sport vehicles; plus act as the collator of all key stakeholders / departments involvement to drive Audi Exclusive and Audi Sport in the Middle East on more than just a volume level but to improve the overall customer journey and experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for empowering the Dealer partners to manage the Audi Exclusive business & ensure the Audi Sport name / products is an overall Audi brand shaper in the Region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Strategic Planning of Audi Exclusive and Audi Sport models for Near / Middle East region in conjunction with future development plans.
Steering of dedicated Audi Sport / Exclusive budgets & KPIs.
Annual target agreement process with Audi Sport GmbH / Audi AG and Audi Middle East.
Market specific volume planning for Audi Sport models in cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers & Sales Operations team.
Steering of Audi Sport / Audi Exclusive bespoke projects & editions including Motorsport opportunities with Audi Middle East Marketing department.
Dealer & customer steering, including frequent market visits and representation of Audi Middle East.
Market analysis and exploitation of market potentials.
Dealer support & Customer consultation for high profile and VIP / Royal customer along with special events & communities.
Feasibility of orders & specification requests.
Coaching and consulting of Dealer Management & consultants on related topics.
Management and communication of Audi Exclusive offers to the markets & customers.
Responsibility of order status with Audi Sport GmbH to ensure effective delivery timelines.
Support to Product & Price team for strategic pricing of Audi Sport models.
Co-steering with Marketing department of dedicated Audi Sport / Audi Exclusive marketing campaigns, experiential activities & dedicated budgets.
Definition of packages & special editions in conjunction with Audi Exclusive.
KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
For you to be successful for this role, you must possess below attributes :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
5 years automotive industry experience with good all-round business understanding in vehicles sales especially in the premium segment.
Excellent operational knowledge of automotive KPIs.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) with Arabic and / or German being an advantage.
